With my love of fresh, sustainable food, and knowledge of nutrition, I can help you to educate and excite your readers about healthy eating, local and seasonal produce, specialty ingredients and food cultures. 

 

I also host cooking classes and retreats that introduce new ways to approach shopping, cooking and eating, helping participants to create fresh and vibrant meals that their taste buds and their bodies will love.
